Affiliate programme
Introduce a family. Earn a share of the year.
If you know a parent looking for a school, put them in touch with us. When their child enrols and the fees are paid, you earn commission on every term of that first year. Here is exactly how it works and exactly what it pays.
How it works
Five steps, start to payment.
Nothing here happens behind your back. Each step has to be completed before the next one counts.

Enrolled and paid
Fees in, your commission for that term is due.
What it pays
Three terms, three payments.
Commission is worked out from the child's termly fee and drops across the year: most in the first term, less in the second, less again in the third. Across the whole first year that comes to 30% of what the family pays.
- 40%of the term's feeTerm 1
- 30%of the term's feeTerm 2
- 20%of the term's feeTerm 3
Each term is paid after that term's fees are fully paid and verified.
| Level | Termly fee | Term 1 · 40% | Term 2 · 30% | Term 3 · 20% | First year total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-School | GH¢720 | GH¢288 | GH¢216 | GH¢144 | GH¢648 |
| Primary | GH¢750 | GH¢300 | GH¢225 | GH¢150 | GH¢675 |
| J.H.S. | GH¢820 | GH¢328 | GH¢246 | GH¢164 | GH¢738 |
Every figure above is per child, for one child's first year. Refer three children into J.H.S. in a year and that is GH¢2,214.
The rules
Six things to know before you start.
- You are paid on money the school has actually received. Commission follows the fee. If a term's fees have not been paid, that term's commission is not yet due. When the money comes in, yours does too.
- Commission runs for the first year only. You earn on the child's first three terms. After that first year there is no further commission on that child, however long they stay.
- Children already at the school do not count. The programme is for bringing in new families. A pupil who is already enrolled cannot be referred.
- Brothers and sisters count separately. If a family enrols two children, each child earns its own commission at its own level. Three children, three lots.
- Never collect fees yourself. Affiliates do not take money from parents at any point. Families pay the school directly, always. This protects you as much as it protects them.
- Your rate is locked once a referral is approved. When a student is properly registered under you and qualifies at the current rate, that rate holds for their whole first academic year. If the school changes its rates later, the change applies only to new referrals. It never reaches back into work you have already done.
The 40, 30 and 20 above are the current launch rate. The school does not expect to keep it open to everyone indefinitely, so anything you refer while it stands is locked at it.
